WorldCause Foundation is pleased to announce the donation of a $5,000.00 grant to the NFL Alumni Association South Florida Chapters "Caring for Kids" program. The grant was provided in advance of the annual NFL Alumni Sporting Clay event held on September 21st 2013, to help raise money and awareness for Broward Children's Center and all of the services they provide to children in need.

The combined efforts of the NFL Alumni Assoc. and supportive sponsors including WorldCause Foundation and Disabled American Veterans helped net approximately $16,000.00 in donations which will primarily go to Broward Children's Center with a small portion designated to the DAV , for their help in promoting this event.

The NFL Alumni Association relies on small fundraiser events such as the sporting clay to help supplement the needs of many charities, and further their respective missions. The sporting clay event yielded over 100 participants, including former NFL stars ,designated into twenty squads. Each squad participated in a fun filled day of target shooting which also ended with lunch, prizes and drawings. WorldCause Foundation was also publicly acknowledged for our contribution to this worthy cause.

Over the span of 35 years, the NFL Alumni Association South Florida Chapter has held successful fundraising events to help make a positive impact on those in need. As a result, countless organizations including the Broward Children's Center have had the opportunity to provide much needed outreach to people and children in need throughout South Florida, and the United States. WorldCause Foundation is pleased to have provided this grant and would like to thank NFL Alumni Association, and each participant for their efforts and time.
